this plate is full of garbage but I'm too hungry not to eat
the meal is cold and rotten and tastes like hypocrisy
I plucked my eyes out from my head for you you're all I see
and now my nightmares creep on in the rats and bugs feel free
my brain's a playground for the grubs, a garden for the dead
the ghosts are swirling like a fog and haunt my weary head
the cigarette smoke has cleared and I'm drowning in red wine
everything I used to hate is now embedded in my mind
this plate is full of garbage but I'm too hungry not to eat
oh well, let's toast to health and lust and all this stinking meat
I'm tired of the self obsessed lackadaisical mind frames
society's just a millennial soapbox a mirror for disdain
I'm tired of all the things that I hear from people who don't really care where they are.
